TRINITY has recently been selected by Mackintosh Commercial to construct a new retail center featuring Starbucks on Old Bridge Road in Woodbridge, Virginia! Designed by GRANDESIGN Studio, Inc., the 7,600 square-foot building sits on 1.09 acres and will contain four tenant spaces, with the first space going to Starbucks, and includes a wraparound drive-thru. Construction is set to begin mid-July and is estimated to be completed by February 2019. TRINITY is looking forward to working with Mackintosh Commercial, GRANDESIGN Studio, Burgess & Niple, Starbucks, and everyone involved in this project.
