In 2002, using the experience and knowledge gained from Twenty-Three years in the construction industry, Mil “Flip” Wallen, III  – CEO of TRINITY – set out to form a new type of contracting firm with a mission to establish lasting relationships with its clients by exceeding expectations and gaining trust through remarkable performance. That mission is the same twenty years later.

Flip attributes the firm’s longevity and success to its employees. “Employing an experienced, proactive staff with diverse construction backgrounds to offer a wider range of construction services and expertise for each client has been my objective from day one,” said Flip. “TRINITY excels at technical and arduous projects, as it challenges each of our project team members – even me – to think creatively and continue learning to make TRINITY the innovative firm its known to be.”

Over the last twenty years, TRINITY has competed over 1,000 projects, contracted over $900 million in work, and has developed over 15 million square feet as a general contractor. TRINITY has been involved with some of the DC Metro Area’s most technical, challenging, and multifaceted projects. Whether it’s data center development, suburban office, commercial interiors, industrial/flex, multi-family, heavy renovation, public safety, medical facilities, retail and entertainment centers, and beyond – TRINITY can confidently say its clients have Experienced the Difference!
