Stone Ridge Medical Center
Stone Ridge Medical Center was developed as an off-campus medical office building to provide outstanding accessibility, visibility, and convenience for medical care providers to meet the growing demand for healthcare services in Western Loudoun County. The Arcola area is an emerging but fast-growing part of Loudoun County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the United States. ERSI sourced demographics shows that the population within a three-mile radius around the project site has grown by 63% since 2010, with over 7,000 new homes under development (2019). To mitigate the growing medical needs for the area, the three-story, Class A medical center was planned and constructed with patient and practitioner convenience and comfort in mind while minimizing environmental impacts through the adherence Loudoun County and the state of Virginia’s adoption and requirement of LEED building standards.
