The project consists of two buildings, located at 459 and 463 Herndon Parkway, with vehicular access at the south end of the site. Buildings A and B are two-story office condominiums of 22,720 SF and 14,060 SF, respectively, each with two entries, one serving as a main lobby. The buildings are sized differently and rotated to take advantage of the site and remain within the delineated setbacks. The building design allows flexibility in the number and location of business establishments. With a main lobby and efficient core configuration, the buildings are suitable for single tenant and multi-tenant uses alike. The first-floor fenestration can accommodate multiple entries for retail, personal and business service type uses.
