Project Description:
The image of classic modern style combined with an industrial aesthetic were the goals set forth in the creation of this open space free of unnecessary distractions. In a newly constructed flex building, the objective was to create an environment of comfort and efficiency. The first floor space contains 8,500 square feet of office space and 2,000 square feet of warehouse, while the second floor contains 3,400 square feet of additional office build-out.
