American Real Estate Partners contracted TRINITY to reposition the entryways, lobbies, and plazas of two office towers in Tysons Corner near the Spring Hill Metro Station into the Highline Greensboro District. Greensboro Highline is a $5 million rehabilitation with a total of 37,430 square-feet of combined work. New, two-story structural glass walls, exterior metal cladding around the entryways, and clean bright finishes combine to maximize views and allow natural light to permeate and reflect into the lobbies. Plaza reconfiguration was achieved by utilizing a rustic palate, replacing the trees with flower beds, adding a handful of boulders and new concrete benches, and introducing a public/private café known as the Highline Lounge.
