TRINITY was contracted by PF Partners to construct a new, 2-story base building, with approximately 23,000 square feet of gross building area along the Route 28 corridor in Sterling, Virginia. The building includes a spa with sauna, large cardio area, a yoga area, locker rooms with bathrooms and shower rooms, retail space, and more to accommodate thousands of members. The building was constructed using a steel frame on a concrete pad with brick veneer exterior walls, metal roof system, parking lot, and new signage.
