New Construction of a 50,000 square foot Tilt-Up Flex / Industrial building in Vint Hill, Virginia on a prepared pad site with 40-foot-tall panels for a 32-foot clear deck height – the final phase of a two-phased industrial flex development. The building was substantially completed July 2022 on a 9-month fast-tracked construction schedule.
