2007 NAIOP Northern Virginia Award of Merit Winner: Best Speculative Building R&D
These three speculative single-story buildings were important to the 1,100-acre master-planned development site, designed for a niche market to provide flex and office space not served well by midrise traditional industrial office buildings. As a true flex and office space, they proved to be a practical, attractive, and affordable solution.
