Project Description:
Renovations to a 3-story, 24-unit apartment building in Northwest DC that included: limited demolition of interior partitions; reconfiguration of unit interiors; upgrading the building’s electrical and mechanical systems; treatment of areas affected by asbestos; and selection and installation of new finishes, fixtures, and building equipment as needed. The renovations were completed in 80 calendar days at a total project cost of $1.5 million.
