Negotiated fast track 432,000 SF tilt-up data center campus to include Building “B”- 180,000 SF, Building “C”- 117,000 SF and Building “D” – 135,000 SF

Tilt-up construction encompassed a structural steel frame with fully adhered EPDM roof and a secured equipment area designed to contain tenant back-up generators and fuel storage. All three buildings under roof in five months; roof structure capable of supporting a combined hanging and roof top load of 75 lbs. per SF distributed to the columns in addition to the 30 lbs. per SF code requirement. Project incorporated two security stations with motor operated ornamental security gates with card reader systems; and included 40–60-way fiber duct banks and a 10-way power duct bank. Exterior of the buildings enhanced with architectural articulation of the tilt wall panels and aluminum decorative metal details.
