Tenant fit out of the entire top floor of a 4-story, 110,000 square foot Class A office building in Reston, VA for Bridge CRE – TRINITY’s first project with this client. The fit out divided the floor plate into five individual suites on one side and a general amenity area on the other. The suites vary in sizes, ranging from 3,000 square feet to 5,500 square feet. The share amenity portion of the fit out included: two executive board rooms and four mid-sized conference rooms, a pair of huddle rooms, phone booths, a full-service kitchen with dining area, a lounge area with boutique furniture, an outdoor patio, restrooms, and more.
