H5 Redevelopment

TRINITY has extensive experience in working at the 21800 Beaumeade Circle jobsite since 2015, beginning with the renovation of the existing printing facility into its first generation data center shell capable up to 7MW. TRINITY has also been a key partner in the 2022 redevelopment of 21800 Beaumeade Circle site with clients Worldwide Mission Critical and H5 Data Centers. TRINITY has assisted with the OFCI purchase of equipment, provided long lead tracking methods for same, and has recently completed demolition of the structure on site and has begun site, utility and foundation work.
