Project Description:
Construction of Faith Bible Church’s new facilities consisted of a 2-story, Type IIB, steel framed structure that included a two-story office / classroom and one-story worship / gym, totaling 13,310 GSF. The structure is fully sprinklered, with EIFS on stud framed exterior skin. Mechanical system are rooftop blow-down units.
