Located in the Beaumeade Technology Park north of Dulles Airport, this project was a fast-track, ten-month construction of a 163,800 SF shell building and mission critical facility: the next phase of a series of projects for Equinix, a West Coast based data company. Modified design/build concept included the Installation of 130,000 SF of powder-coated tube steel frames and chain-link cages. Coordinated various installations of fiber optic duct banks and raceways capable of supporting 13 separate fiber optic network providers.
