Dupont Federal Headquarters

Interior Fit-out for Dupont’s Federal Headquarters involved demo and renovation of a previously occupied and tenant space at 500 New Jersey Avenue NW in downtown DC. The fit out totaled 8,947 SF and included features such as: a custom wood plank feature wall, exposed tube steel, custom millwork ceiling, post-modern light fixtures, exposed concrete flooring, and a ceramic feature wall. Project had extensive millwork, glass tile, and high-end carpet to give the space a modern and high-energy feel.
