Project Description:
Redevelopment parking lot into a one-story base building, with approximately 12,032 gross building area to be used as the DC DMV Building. The structure consists of prefabricated structural steel frame concrete footings with brick veneer exterior walls with light gauge metal studs, standing seam prefinished metal roof system with a metal screen for rooftop mechanical equipment, a new metal canopy, parking lot, and new signage.
