Project Description:
115,000-square foot, 2-story office building to be leased by the Department of State. TRINITY has also been contracted to: expand the facility’s parking; build-out a 9,000-square foot staging area in the warehouse; and add a mezzanine fitted with: offices, bathrooms, a conference room, and reception area to the same facility. The mezzanine was given two means of egress and took up less than 10% of the building’s existing floor area of 115,000 square feet. Site work such as parking, drainage, and retaining walls were added to allow additional FAR to the building.
