Project Description:
Build-to-suit 80,000 SF tilt-up distribution center with two-story corporate offices. Aluca-bond metal accent panels, full height curtain wall, aluminum and glass entrance feature, and Texcote complete the exterior skin. Two-story atrium lobby highlighted by the monumental staircase, metal panels, quarry tile flooring and curtainwall. Constructed on a fast track schedule through the winter.
