Washington Property Company contracted TRINITY to renovate and add amenities to an aging office building in Falls Church. Fairview Park was a $6 million rehabilitation with a total of 60,000 square-feet combined work on 6 floors. Major renovations included MEP upgrades throughout, adding new glass and metal entry walkway structure, installing a glossy white back-painted glass wall covering with hardwood accent walls in the lobby, introducing a tenant lounge with full-service kitchen, reconfiguring conference room space by adding modular and glass walls, and adding a full gym.
