TRINITY provided construction services to refresh the lobby, corridors, exterior signage, and upgrade the life safety systems for AREP’s new headquarters in Tysons, VA. Construction took place within a fast-tracked 5-week schedule within an occupied building during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Interior refresh included: selective demolition, partitions, modified ceilings, renewed finishes and life safety, custom lighting and configuration, new custom wood veneer modern reception desk, new custom modern acrylic panel ceilings for the two elevator lobbies. TRINITY also installed a brand new, 5-foot-tall LED monument sign for the building which sits on a new, polished 1,000 SF concrete slab with integral color mix.
